I have been debating whether or not I should bring this up, but I have decided it's time. Relativly speaking AgentWorx is one of the more expensive applications in the App Store, and frankly I am a little disappointed with the support users are receiving. First of all, this forum. I think it's very disrepectful to have not replied to comments, questions or suggestions. There are 7 posts and I believe I saw 2 or 3 replies. Not exactly that hard to acknowledge at least that a moderator has read the comments. There is no point to have a forum if the administrators do not monitor it.

I had a few enhancement requests and I was told that I was not alone with many of the features I was asking for.

“Some really great suggestions! Thanks for taking the time to email them to us. We will be sitting back down with the design team in the next few weeks and go over all of the great suggestions to see what makes the most amount of sense. I will put this into our suggested improvements hopper. A lot of these we are aware of and a bunch of other agents have asked they be added or adjusted.”

I have many applications in my iTunes library and there are updates everyday, many updates. I realize that I have a lot more applications than the average iPhone user, so I see updates far more often. But on the same note I also know the difference between what a free application should look like and what a paid .99-1.99 application should look like. 9.99 is a premium price. This application has been out too long not to have had an update. As far as I am concerned the tweaks that need to be made are not petty, they are changes that needed to use the application in a realistic manner. “Agent status info”? Listing agent vs selling agent? They are the same thing. Realtors know this and one one of the oddities. Change it already. I am tired of waiting. Offer support, release incremental updates. I do not feel like an appreciated customer, and frankly it's getting me a little mad.

this post above i am not sure what you are talking about but you make a comment in the bottom paragraph that is completly WRONG!!!! “Listing agent vs selling agent? They are the same thing” I am not sure how long you have been an agent or what part of the country you are in, but for the last 4 years & in the Pacific NW the listing agent has the contract to sell the propert ”to list the property” the selling agent is the agent representing the buyer.  so they are correct and you would be incorrect at least here in the Pacific NW.  It is even on our RMLS & NWMLS P&S Contracts that way.

I would like to know when the upgrade for the desk top will be up and running.  I was told 30 days about 50 days ago.  I must say This program is GREAT, i have been looking for something like to to keep with me and now I have all my active files & clients on my hip I know at any time the status of my production.  it has helped me stay in controll of my 20 deals this year.  ((( Who said it was a DOWN MARKET???))))

First off, I am not looking to start a shouting match but if you are focusing on the semantics in that way, then yes in my small village we call it a buyers agent, what ever the official term may be if not seller doesn't matter, we use it because it's the social norm. Don't use caps with me. You will notice that I am focusing on the problem that if you have more than one buyer or listing, or if you have multiple units under consideration the user will quickly outgrow AgentWorx. Again, choosing to focus on the one problem in which caps were used, you are missing the point that you spent $8 while in my case $10 for an application from a developer that has the same attention span as a rambunctious 3rd grader.

Good luck with that one! Foot in mouth
