I was hoping I might be able to have a vote on some adjustment and feature changes/additions to the application.
-Under listing details instead of labeling “seller” have “Listing Agent” unless it is a FSBO.
-under agent status, under my role, change “selling” to “buying”. Unless selling is actually meaning selling the property, in which I am confused on the difference between selling and listing as a buyers agent.
-under commission, please add the option to have a percent as well as the subtraction option. Sometimes in my area there is a coop (-) $ example, 2.5%-150.
-Under listings, please add “Showing instructions, with lockbox code”
-for taxes, please add, “NEW” with “Tax year” for development listings.
-Kinda nitty gritty, so I can understand if this is too much, but in my area property “type” is considered “attached single” “detached single” “rental” “land” etc.
style would be “loft” 1/2 duplex” etc.
–if it's possible to add a calculation feature to listing market time scripted on the “list date” that would be awesome.
-and total number of rooms
