I am from the other side of the planet: Singapore. Since using the iPhone I have been trying to look for a neat application for my real estate business and I found Agentworx which is incredible. Coming from a different country, obviously there are some contextual differences.

There are a couple of features I hope to see in future upgrade of this program:

1. Add in a section on rental because in Singapore we do a lot of rental

2. Allow more pics to be added to the listings which can be email to our clients together with the property info

Looking forward to the new version which I understand will have many more powerful features.

Just wanted to take a minute to rave about your application. I work a team format, with each of us having our own listings. Due to this, this year I've had to keep track of never less than 11 listings other than my own, and have had as many as 21 at one time. Since all the internet marketing calls get routed to my cell, this has been a major hassle when I'm not in the office or in front of my laptop.

With your program, I have all the info at my fingertips! I can even, whilst on the phone, shoot the prospect an email of the listing with all the pertinant info, and even a link to our virtual tour for the listing! BOOOM!

As far as I'm concerned, the other features (planning, tracking, etc) are just incredible tasting gravy.

Whatever new things you add to this application, I'm sure I'll be happy with too. In the meantime, you've given me something that is INCREDIBLE for my business, and you've got a raving fan here! As soon as I've mastered the other features (when I have the time- my area is one of the only one's in the country that's still in a HOT market!) I'll be blogging about it to get the word out even more.
