- "Seller" to me is the name of the actual seller. Since it's tied to my contacts in the iPhone, it's pretty sweet. Since this is how it shows in my "Listings" section, and I have a team, it's great to have the contact in there if I need to contact the people to arrange a showing for one of my team's listings. I just punch the name and I can pull them up to call. Try it- there's a little phone icon you hit and it calls the number you have for them!

- As was stated earlier, since these guys are a NW company, they seem to have adopted the terms used there (I'm in Washington, so it makes sense to me). The "Selling Agent" is the buyer's representative.

I was hoping I might be able to have a vote on some adjustment and feature changes/additions to the application. 

-Under listing details instead of labeling "seller" have "Listing Agent" unless it is a FSBO.

-under agent status, under my role, change "selling" to "buying". Unless selling is actually meaning selling the property, in which I am confused on the difference between selling and listing as a buyers agent.

-under commission, please add the option to have a percent as well as the subtraction option. Sometimes in my area there is a coop (-) $ example, 2.5%-150.

-Under listings, please add "Showing instructions, with lockbox code"

-for taxes, please add, "NEW" with "Tax year" for development listings.

-Kinda nitty gritty, so I can understand if this is too much, but in my area property "type" is considered "attached single" "detached single" "rental" "land" etc.

style would be "loft" 1/2 duplex" etc.

--if it's possible to add a calculation feature to listing market time scripted on the "list date" that would be awesome.

-and total number of rooms
